Nutrition for Mental Health and Wellbeing

The introductory course which covers the principles of healthy eating focusing on food groups, key nutrients and the practical ways to incorporate these into the diet. There is a 30% concession for those on income based benefits or 10% off fees if you and a friend enrol by 15th Feb.
