Fastminds offers an informal supportive environment where members can feel safe sharing their experiences of living with ADHD (diagnosed and undiagnosed) and co-occurring conditions.

The Fastminds Adult ADHD Support Group (often simply referred to as Fastminds) is a relaxed, friendly peer-led not-for-profit group, founded in 2013.
What we do
Hold regular support group meetings
fortnightly in-person gatherings (Fridays 11am-1pm)
online meetings the following week (via Zoom, Thursdays 11am to1pm)
Monthly evening online sessions take place on the 4th Monday of the month, unless it’s a Bank Holiday (via Zoom 7pm to 9pm)
Publish newsletters for members on ADHD related topics
Deliver training on ADHD
Work closely with other local agencies to
promote and protect the physical and mental health of adults affected by ADHD,
improve their quality of life, and
promote social inclusion among adults with ADHD (and suspected ADHD) in Kingston and surrounding areas.

We offer free drama workshops and recovery support to those affected by addiction, and give people affected by addiction a voice – enabling them to reach and recognise their potential, find an identity and build life skills and confidence in order to support recovery.
