The 8 week Move through Menopause course is aimed at supporting women to learn about Menopause and share experiences with other women who are going through the same thing.
The first part of the session is information based with the opportunity to open up topics for group discussion and the second section is movement based that will guide you through the activities on offer.
Topics within this course include, but are not limited to:
Symptom management
Hormones and HRT
Myth busting
Menopause & Mental Health
Menopause & Nutrition
As a result of partaking in the course, you will receive a complementary 12 week premium membership.
Starting on the 20th of June, sessions will be every Saturday 10:30am-11:45am
