Mindful Art is a soft, non‑verbal way to express yourself — with no pressure and absolutely no art skills needed. It helps you relax, ease anxiety, think outside the box, reconnect with your true self, regulate your emotions, and even make clearer decisions.

    Teddington Choral Society was founded in 1951 and performed under several famous conductors. Their repertoire covers a wide range of genres. The choir is a community choir, that has no formal audition entry. However recent concerts have sold out and have received a lot of praise from the audience.
