Walks happen normally on Mondays, of around 3 miles in length and start at Kingston Station, just outside Pret. We walk a variety of routes, sometimes circular finishing at Kingston, and sometimes we finish elsewhere and get buses back to Kingston. We aim to be back in Kingston around 1.30 pm.

During a really strange year we're aiming to keep our local community connected. We're offering regular phone calls, online coffee mornings/evenings, a mailed out activity pack, and the opportunity to be involved with an intergenerational pen pal scheme.

We are able to offer a number of young people (12 to 18 year olds) the opportunity to participate in an Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Programme (please see attached) run by Prof Andreas Liefooghe, Founder and Director of Operation Centaur, in the heart of Royal Richmond Park.
