We offer advice and emotional support to men who experience abuse, and signpost to other vital services that help keep them and their children safe. We also take calls from family members, friends or practitioners and frontline workers.

What is this service?

Men’s Advice Line is a confidential helpline for male victims of domestic abuse and those supporting them.

We offer advice and emotional support to men who experience abuse, and signpost to other vital services that help keep them and their children safe.

We also take calls from family members, friends or practitioners and frontline workers.

Our friendly Men’s Advice Line Advisors will believe you, offer you non-judgmental emotional support, practical advice and information.

Available Monday to Friday, 9am-8pm

Free from landlines and mobile phones within the UK. Your call will not appear on itemised bills. You can also call free from BT pay phones.

  • Monday to Friday between 9am-8pm

  • Saturday and Sunday between 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm
