We support vulnerable adults who feel socially isolated, often due to mental health or learning disabilities. Through our many workshops and activities, we aim to help people build confidence, develop new skills and develop independence.
Man Shed is a safe space for men who who are living with mental or physical ill-health, or social isolation or who are in recovery. The range of activities in the Man Shed is tailored to suit the group, however, attendees play an important part in making decisions about the activities.

Man Shed is a space for men in our local community who may be lonely, isolated, vulnerable, or who need mental health support.
It is a community group focussing on skill-sharing and informal learning, achieving and sharing achievements, and increasing social interaction.
We welcome any men who are living with mental or physical ill-health, or social isolation or who are in recovery.
The range of activities in the Man Shed is tailored to suit the group, however, attendees play an important part in making decisions about the group’s activities, so come and join us in a friendly, safe environment, supporting good mental health by sharing skills and knowledge with others

Man Shed is based at the Fircroft Centre, 96 Ditton Road, Surbiton KT6 6RH
There is a bus stop at the top of Ditton Road (Maypole Pub) where K1, 71, 465, 671 & K4 stop.
Tea and Coffee is available at Man Shed - please feel free to bring a packed lunch.
Man Shed is a work shop environment. Recommend old clothes.
There is very limited parking at the Fircroft Centre, recommend parking on the road opposite or public transport.

The Sunshine Recovery Café is open to adults (18+) of South West London who are at risk of moving into a mental health crisis.
