At the Hft Resource Centre, you can take part in plenty of social and learning activities to help you gain the most out of life both here in our centre and within the community.
What is this service?
We have a newly refurbished gym with a sports hall, cycling studio, swimming pool and group exercise classes including Body Pump, Body Balance and Clubbercise. There is also a fantastic women's only section, and women's only classes are on offer.
The Malden Centre also has the Adult Education Centre in the upper half of the building where you can learn something new, including language courses, pottery courses, craft courses, music courses and much more. Visit the website for more information.
