What is this service?

The Korean Cultural Arts Center offers cultural education to all who want to learn and helps people to enjoy Korean culture.

List of activities

  • Arts and Crafts - Korean calligraphy, art history, Korean costume making

  • Poetry, Janggu (Korean traditional drum class), acoustic guitar classes

  • Korean traditional dancing

  • Choir

  • Pilates, Keep fit on Zoom, Tone-up body management

  • Cooking classes (adults and teens), Hansik (Korean cuisine)

  • Korean language and English classes

  • Stay & Play (Mums & babies) - April 2022

  • Additional information: Community meal service: Every Saturday lunch (12-1 pm) Community health coaches: Once a month Lunch concert: Lunchtime, twice a month (12-1 pm) Regular prayer meeting of North Korean defectors association: Biweekly, Tuesday 7-8:30 pm.
  • Signing up: Korean Culture and Art Centre (KCA) operates on a membership basis. KCA membership will give the following: 1\. Access to all classes except for special classes. 2\. Discount on special classes and K-cafes 3.Preferential treatment for those who paid the membership fee for Korean Senior Citizen UK Fees Weekly member (1 week): £12 Semester member (10 weeks): £100 Annual member: £25 direct debit every month
