An increasing number of people are living with visible and invisible health conditions which they can't always manage effectively by themselves. This can have a huge impact on their lives and their ability to lead fulfilling and productive lives. By working with commissioners, employers and other community providers we can help people to better care for themselves, helping them to improve their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
We offer the following services:
We provide a wide range of one-to-one and group-based care and support services for people living with and affected by HIV.
A range of FREE online and telephone services aimed at supporting lonely or isolated Londoners who are a part of the LGBT+, BAME or HIV communities.
Our one-to-one counselling can help you work through difficult issues in a relaxed and confidential environment.
Art Therapy enhances physical, mental and emotional wellbeing while helping to reduce stress and improve self-esteem.
Our Wellbeing Groups are the perfect way to improve quality of life, build social networks and enhance wellbeing.
Hypnotherapy works particularly well for habit breaking, stress, addiction, panic attacks, phobias, depression and pain.
An experienced Life Coach can help you to successfully set and achieve ambitious goals and unlock your full potential.
