Kingston Women's Hub is run on Mondays and Tuesdays at KingsGate Church, 161A Clarence Road, Kingston.
What we offer:
Specialist services for women leaving domestic violence or the criminal justice system.
Peer mentoring from women who have experienced domestic violence and/or abuse. This support helps women find a sense of purpose and belonging, with practical guidance for healthy living.
Women-only groups and activities that promote relaxation, connection, and personal growth. These activities aim to empower women by building their self-esteem, confidence, skills, and passions.
Sisterhood Sanctuary (Tue, 12:30 - 2:20pm)
Sisterhood Choir (Tue, 11 - 1:30pm)
Dance Movement (Tue, 2:15 - 3pm)
Pilates with Evie (Mo, 1:30 - 2:30pm)
Cook & Dine (Mo, 11 - 1pm; sign up required)
Come & Cook (Mo, 3:30 - 5:30pm; sign up required)
Childcare
Childcare is available for those accessing the Hub services. Children 6 months - 4 years only.
