What is this service?

The Islamic Resource Centre is a charitable Organisation established in December 2000 providing essential community services within Kingston (Surrey) and surrounding areas. The Centre is located at 43 Acre Road, Kingston, Surrey, KT2 6ER.

The services are open to ALL members of public. The Centre is not a religious nor a political organisation.

Our mission is to eliminate prejudice, empower the community, reach out to the disadvantaged and harness the skills in the community through our various programs and services.

Our current services include counselling, advocacy, and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) courses.

What type of mental health related services do we provide? The centre provides

  • 1:1 sessions

  • small group workshops

  • family/couple therapy

  • both long and short term therapy

  • coaching and solution based therapy
