What is this activity?
Our Gardening Thursday group meets from 10.30am until 12.30pm and includes helping with the following:
-
maintaining the plants in our yard and in the containers outside the Centre;
-
tasks include weeding, watering, dividing plants, sowing seeds etc and
-
helping to prepare plants for plant sales to raise funds.
Kingston Environment Centre (KEC)
This group is run by Kingston Environment Centre. who work with local individuals and environmental organisations to secure a sustainable future for Kingston Upon Thames.
We support community gardens, conservation sites, cyclists, recycling groups, transition town movements and anyone who has a plan to make Kingston a better place to live and to hand on to our children.
