Kingston Women’s Centre is a long standing charity run by women for women. Since 1982, we have supported thousands of women with their mental wellbeing through our low cost counselling service.
We provide a minimum of 1 hour support a week for Kingston residents experiencing mental health issues

You can be referred by any agency to access our service.
Activity:
Your key worker will co-produce a support plan in line with your objectives. You will agree what activities you would like to do with your key worker.
Purpose:
The purpose of this service is to support you in managing the challenges you face due to your mental health.
Requirement:
You must be a Kingston resident
Medium or low mental health issues
Your primary diagnosis must be mental health

We are a specialist mental health service for people who are planning a pregnancy, are pregnant or have a baby up to 12 months old.

Achieving for Children (AfC) supports children and young people from birth to 25 years old. We work on behalf of Kingston Council.
