What is this service?

We provide mental health assessments, counselling, an outreach service, and more.

The weekly Activity Centre run by the project on every Monday at Queens Mary Hall in New Malden provides a wide range of activities to enrich the life experiences of people affected by mental health issues.

These include:

  • Physical and mental exercises

  • Advice and support

  • Games

  • Social interaction and a relaxed environment

  • Light entertainment
