We are a community of over 50s that want to maintain a positive wellbeing, striving to give ourselves the happiest and healthiest journey through our lives as is possible. We'd love for you to join us on that journey.
We are built around our club members and everything we do has their wellbeing in mind. The blend of community cohesion and support, with practical real-world wellbeing enhancing activities that are based off scientific research, is what makes our club unique.
Our wellbeing activities are delivered to you in a way that you actually enjoy using! Something through the post that you can hold in our hands and appreciate without distractions. There are other organisations that offer great services too, often covering one aspect of what makes up wellbeing. But for the all round package then there is only one place to be.
It's important not to live our lives online, and to take time to ourselves in a natural environment with technology firmly switched off. The pack is designed with this in mind. It's a lot of fun, uses the science-backed "5 Ways To Wellbeing" framework, and is so easy to get going. Delivered through your door every two weeks, you will always have something to look forward to, and take with you wherever you are.
Each pack is infused with a theme and contributions are garnered from specialists in sectors such as food, literature, the arts, and health. We also love promoting writings authored by our own club members.
For a detailed look at each of the pack's component parts then see our membership page on our website.

The two vital ingredients to your wellbeing are your health and your happiness. Said like that then it's clear why we should be taking our wellbeing seriously ... because who doesn't want to live a life that is as happy and healthy as it can be?
According to the Department of Health it is estimated that high levels of wellbeing can add 4 to 10 years of life. It may also play an additional protective role by reducing our susceptibility to physical illnesses. For example being stressed has been shown to be associated with slower wound healing.
I've never thought much about my wellbeing before. But now I look out for opportunities in life and so much good has come of it!
