What we do

HUG works as an umbrella organisation for projects and groups that support our aims. We are proud to assist several amazing initiatives with publicity, insurance, administration and accessing funding.

We encourage and bring together projects that are working for a sustainable future through building our community and empowering people as well as caring for wildlife, nature and our environment.

At present, we support several successful groups and projects, namely

  • Ham library garden

  • Good Gardens for Everyone

  • Grey Court allotments

  • Friends of Ham Lands

  • Richmond MakerLabs

  • Ham meditation group

HUG is entirely volunteer run.
