What is this service?

Our vision is to build stronger communities in Kingston, where everyone’s needs are met.

We identify where social needs exist, provide funds to local support groups and individuals in need, and inspire and engage with local donors to build sustainable funds in our shared community.

We support a wide range of people throughout the Kingston upon Thames community. Last year our grants helped almost 25,000 people across the borough to have a brighter future. Find out more here.

Our grants are awarded in eight key areas which all reflect the needs of individuals and community groups in Kingston:

  • Food Poverty and Support

  • Supporting Families Facing Hardship

  • Community Facilities and Cohesion

  • Movement and Sports Access

  • Mental Health

  • Disability Support

  • Advocacy and Support and the Environment

Our grants application process is simple, created to support individuals in need as well as projects run by local organisations, who help alleviate hardship at the heart of our communities, helping ensure no one goes without.
