Fulham Team Mates

During a really strange year we're aiming to keep our local community connected. We're offering regular phone calls, online coffee mornings/evenings, a mailed out activity pack, and the opportunity to be involved with an intergenerational pen pal scheme.

What is this service?

Our wonderful team at Fulham FC Foundation and Fulham FC are working together to keep our communities connected during this socially distant year.

We're offering a range of activities for adults aged 50+ from regular phone calls with one of our team, to online socials led by 2 of our Health Coaches.

If you'd like to receive an activity pack in the post all you need to do is email us at fulhamteammates@fulhamfc.com with your details!
