A logo for the Fulham FC Foundation. The logo features a shield-shaped emblem in black and white. Inside the shield, there is a stylized image of three upward-pointing triangles, stacked vertically, outlined in red, and enclosed within a circle that is also outlined in red, with a "C" in the center of the circle in red. Vertically running down the middle of the shield are alternating black and white stripes. Below the logo, the words "FULHAM FC Foundation" are written in a sans-serif font, with "FULHAM FC" appearing in capital letters in a bold, dark typeface. "Foundation" is written in a slightly smaller, cursive-style red font.

What is this activity?

Fulham Memories is a welcoming, healthy, inclusive, safe, and fun environment, allowing participants to train their bodies and minds, make new connections, whilst boosting their abilities to move and socialise. It’s a free monthly group session for older adults with reduced mobility. We can support those living with, or at risk of, the following: loneliness, dementia, or any other health issues.

Each session consists of 60-90 minutes of games or quizzes, and soft, chair-based exercise and activities.

Join us weekly on Mondays at Tudor Drive Library, from 10:30am for quizzes, games, and chair-based exercise (excluding Bank Holiday Mondays).

Everyone is welcome.
