Sarah is a yoga teacher who is passionate about helping others find space in their bodies, heads and hearts. She believes that yoga is for everybody and should be a great experience for both the body and the mind.
After many years of practicing in studios, Sarah found herself wanting more connection with her fellow humans practicing next to her. This inspired her to bring yoga to local parks - and community settings. Classes end with a few minutes of discussion to build friendships, ask questions and explore the non-physical aspects of yoga.
Classes are suitable for all levels - I want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable in my classes, regardless of background, experience or body type. Drop me an email in advance if you have any questions or concerns.
As well as asana (posture) practice, Sarah leads guided meditations and pranayama (breathing exercises).
