Are you a parent with a mental health issue?

Would you like help and advice to work out how to find good solutions to day to day parenting challenges?

The Families Connect project assist parents in reducing the impact of their mental health issues on their children.

We offer a wide range of advice, information and resources for parents to access. We also provide links to community mental health services so you can receive appropriate support.

Sound good? Then pop along for a chat, a coffee and a well deserved break.

Children are welcome; toys, art materials, indoor/outdoor areas to play provided.

Monday weekly drop-in from 9.30am - 2.30pm
