Driving for Change is a ground-breaking initiative led by the Change Please Foundation, bringing a wide range of vital services to rough sleepers and those at risk of homelessness using repurposed London double decker buses.

Guests have access to a range of services
NHS and oral healthcare nurses,
A hairdresser,
Social support,
Digital and financial literacy training and inclusion,
Financial advice,
Support with employment,
Drug and alcohol support
And much more.
The bus is a mobile hub for key local services, with partners like
Kingston Wellbeing Service (KWS),
Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness (KCAH),
South West London NHS Trust (SWLSTG) providing direct assistance.
Many participants have not only received the immediate support they needed, but some have also gone on to join our core Barista Training Programme, securing permanent work through employment partners. This initiative is about creating sustainable pathways out of rough sleeping and offering long-term opportunities for positive change in Kingston.
These services are a lifeline to people, they are a reminder that everyone has the right to support and health services.
