What is this service?

Our Dementia Adviser service provides information and advice for people affected by dementia in Kingston.

We provide support for people living with dementia and their carers and families through telephone support and home visits.

We also run Peer Support groups for Carers and our Carers information workshops.

We work closely with other organisations in the borough to ensure we provide up to date information on local support and activities for people living with dementia.

Anyone can refer into the service or self-refer. You can contact us by phone or email. *Consent should be obtained from the individuals to receive our services.

Support line opening hours: Monday to Wednesday 9am-8pm, Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm

Helpful online community where anyone who is affected by dementia can receive valuable support. It's free, open day or night, and can be accessed online.
