Our Dementia Adviser service provides information and advice for people affected by dementia in Kingston. We provide support for people living with dementia and their carers and families through telephone support and home visits. We also run Peer Support groups for Carers and our Carers information workshops.
We work closely with other organisations in the borough to ensure we provide up to date information on local support and activities for people living with dementia.
