Week 1 – Who we are and what we do Learn more about Princess Alice and the support the Hospice offers **Week 2 – Planning ahead ** A session exploring aspects of future care, looking at what matters to you and steps that can help you plan ahead.
Week 3 – Emotional care Explore simple strategies to support your emotional wellbeing including a short mindfulness and relaxation practice.
Week 4 – A supportive approach to symptoms An overview of symptoms people may experience and practical ways to manage them.
Week 5 – Support for carers and families A space for those in a caring role to share experiences, learn about available support and explore ways to look after themselves.
Week 6 – Break A rest week before the programme restarts the following week.
‘Your wellbeing, your way’ is a free six-week rolling programme designed to support adults living with a life-limiting illness, as well as their carers and family members, in the heart of our community.
