**Aromatherapy & Sports Massage: **Massage therapy using aromas. Aromas from flowers, trees, bushes and herbs are distilled into essential oils. Aromatherapy consists of aromas, massage & medicine. Essential oils are used for well-being, beauty & health, each producing its own medicinal effect. Aids fatigue/tight muscles, aches & pains, locked in tension, elimination of toxins, movement of lymph & blood.

Pre-sport massage: additional aid to warm muscles before training or physical activity

Post-sport massage: deeper restorative massage.

**Indian Head Massage (Champissage): **A relaxing therapy based on traditional Indian head massage. A simple, safe therapy incorporating massage to the head, neck, shoulders and arms (applied over clothes). These areas of the body store everyday anxiety & tension. Massage will dispel tension, ease aches & pains, and improves hair condition. Massage the scalp stimulates blood flow to the hair follicles and thus improving nutrient supply needed for healthy hair growth.

Reflexology (Acupuncture Therapy): Gentle pressure is applied to the feet or hands that work throughout the body via meridians. Meridians start from the tip of each finger of the right hand, go all over the body and end in the roes of the right leg, the same for the left side. Acupressure releases any blockages and restores free flow of energy throughout the body. Tensions are eased, circulation & elimination of toxins improved.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD): involves a light pumping action moving the skin to increase lymph flow. It is used to promote optimal functioning of the lymph system. It facilitates removal of metabolic wastes, excess water, large protein molecules & foreign substances. MLS has successfully been used to treat oedemas, inflammation, frozen shoulder, trigeminal neuralgia, scars, bursitis burns, migraine, carpel tunnel syndrome, venous ulcers. The positive effects are well known in Australia, USA & continental Europe.

Kinesiology: Muscle testing and energy balancing. A method of testing muscles to determine how well they are functioning toe reveal systemic, structural and bio-chemical imbalances which can be rectified. Lymphatic, digestive, vascular and other systems can be assessed by simple non-intrusive tests.

Reiki: Japanese technique for healing, relaxation, stress reduction. Administered by ‘hands on’ healing allowing unseen ‘life force energies’ to flow freely allowing the body to realign and rebalance.

Hopi Earcandles: The historical roots of Earcandles can be found in Asia, Siberian prairies, native North and South American Indians. Hopi Earcandles contain beeswax, honey extract, sage, St John’s Wort, camomile and pure essential oils. Earcandles have a physical function: a light suction action (chimney effect) and movement of the flame creates a vibration of air in the Ear candle generating a massage-like effect on the eardrum. This produces a pleasant warm feeling and a balance of pressure in the ears, sinuses and forehead. Hopi Earcandles are useful for the following conditions: snoring, sleep apnoea, sinusitis, rhinitis, glue ear, colds, flu, headaches, migraine, tinnitus, nystagmus.

Life Style Analysis: Easy to use questionnaire which will give an accurate picture of your current life style and which will provide data on choice of physiological systems that need nutritional support

Acupuncture: is the practice of penetrating the skin with thin, solid, metallic needles which are then activated through gentle and specific movements of the practitioner's hands or with electrical stimulation. Acupuncture is part of the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine practitioners believe the human body has more than 2,000 acupuncture points connected by pathways or meridians. These pathways create an energy flow (Qi, pronounced "chee") through the body that is responsible for overall health. Disruption of the energy flow can cause disease. By applying acupuncture to certain points, it is thought to improve the flow of Qi, thereby improving health. Studies have shown that acupuncture is effective for a variety of conditions.
