What is this activity?
Lessons are specially designed for the visually impaired so there will be more detailed instructions on how to do yoga poses. The class can be done either from the comfort of a chair or on the floor with your mat, you can choose.
We are offering 5 weekly sessions on Fridays from April 21st, 12.00pm – 1.00pm at the Quaker Centre, please pre-book. Lessons are specially designed for the visually impaired so there will be more detailed instructions on how to do your yoga poses.
The class can be done either from the comfort of a chair, or on the floor with your mat, you can choose. If you are feeling unwell, it is important that you do not attend this session.

- What to wear: Comfortable stretchy clothing
- Getting here: Nearest bus stop is Fairfield Bus Station, served by the 57, 131, 213, K5, KU1 and KU3. Nearest train station is Kingston
- What to bring: Please bring your own mat if required and water bottle
- Parking: Free for Blue Badge holders in and directly outside the Quaker Centre parking area. Nearby metered parking also available.
