What is this service?

The YMCA Inclusive Lives Project aims to increase supportive:

*Art

*Dance

*Exercise

These are for all ability and mobility levels.

We provide support, education and employment opportunities for disabled people and those with mental illness.

We celebrate and build awareness of living with a disability.

Currently our weekly exercise classes at YMCA Hawker and YMCA Wimbledon remain on pause at the moment but we will update you as soon as we can resume.

We continue to offer an especially discounted Membership for people with additional needs. Inclusive Members can additionally access the assisted session’s programme.

Alternatively, you can become an Inclusive Pay as you go user.

    The Buddy Scheme is a befriending scheme in Kingston that matches volunteers with a "buddy" with a learning disability or on the Autistic Spectrum. The "buddy pair" then meets on a regular basis to take part in leisure activities together.
