Activities for people with disabilities to learn skills and create relationships with others. They are a great way to be creative, be yourself and have fun.

What is this activity?

What we offer:

  • Housing services: We can help you find the right place to live

  • Supported living services: Support in your home, as much or as little as you need

  • Transitions services: This is for people moving through major life stages. (e.g. leaving school, moving from children’s to adults' services, finding work and living on your own.

  • Community support: We can help you live independently in your own homes. We can also help you with budgeting, keeping up a tenancy and staying healthy

  • Activities: We run over 20 activity groups per week. This includes yoga, karate, dance, exercise and more.
