Our vision is to be a place where young people thrive and communities flourish. Across our organisation we have:
Six Health and Wellbeing facilities (gyms and one pool): Every facility has fully qualified, highly experienced fitness instructors who can help you achieve your goals through group exercise classes, personal training and more. Hampton Pool also offers swimming lessons for all ages and abilities.
Inclusive Lives Project: The project (funded by Big Lottery) aims to get disabled people and people who have poor mental health active. Offering weekly adapted exercise classes and monthly lifestyle courses.
Release Counselling Service: Based in Surbiton, our BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) approved services offer weekly sessions to support you at your point of need. We endeavour to make our sessions as accessible as possible so fees are set on a case by case basis.
Cafes: Some of our sites has a cafe serving hot and cold food and drinks. They are great places to socialise and chill out after a session in the gym!
