What is this service?
Modern Gym: A relaxed, comfortable and supportive environment. Our Precor equipment is divided into two areas; resistance and cardiovascular equipment. The gym is equipped with TVs on most machines and cardio theatre, so you can work out to your favourite music or TV programme.
Group Exercise Classes: Enjoy a range of classes from Zumba to Pilates and Tap Dancing to BodyPump. There is something for all ages and levels of fitness all day every day.
Get Started Programme: Five one-to-one appointments designed to start you off and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. Fitness instructors are on hand to offer advice and guidance through the programme.
Personal Training: One-to-one training with a dedicated instructor to motivate, guide, offer non-judgemental advice and create a programme for you.
Steam Room: Relax and unwind.
Social Activities: Community activities that bring like-minded people together to enjoy life.
Exercise Referral Programme: Help to improve your physical and mental wellbeing with a customised training programme tailored to you.
Children's Activities: Our family-friendly centre has a wide range of children's activities and The Pod soft play. The café is very child-friendly and there is even a small children’s playground to keep the little ones happy while parents relax.
Playing Fields and Basketball Hoops: Bring a ball and have a kick-about.
