Compassionate Neighbours are trained volunteers. They offer friendship, a listening ear, & regular emotional and social support. This is to those who are socially isolated due to old age, or their own or a loved-one’s life-limiting illness. We support those who care for a relative, before and after

We offer free psychological therapies for common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression. After an initial assessment, you will be paired with one of our therapists who will provide 6 weeks of free sessions to you.
