We are a statutory body that acts as the consumer voice for health and social care services in and around the borough.
We gather feedback and evidence from local people about health and social care issues and use this to influence the design and delivery of these services.
We engage with people from the local community and support them to be involved and have a say in the way their health and social care services are run.
We work closely with providers and commissioners to help improve services, and ensure that the voice of local people is heard.
