What is this service?

At VIDA you'll be looked after by the best discharge care professionals, every step of the way.

We provide a range of care services to people wishing to remain in their own homes. This enables them to remain independent and in familiar surroundings for as long as possible. Services include general care, such as assistance with day-to-day, light domestic tasks, respite care to offer caregivers short breaks, and disabilities care for those with specific mental or physical disabilities.
