We run strength training classes at St Mary's Centre, Chessington. Classes are for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, but we pay special attention to women in peri/menopause and people over 40 (in general).
As we age, we gradually begin losing muscle mass and bone density, and that's what we want to tackle. And kettlebells are a fantastic option for that, as they make you stronger while being gentle on your joints. Don't worry... we'll show you how to use them safely.
So, if you want to get fitter, stronger, more flexible, energised, and want to have fun in a friendly community, come and join us. No previous experience is necessary, and the first lesson is free!!
