Surbiton Boxing Club is a community amateur sports club. We offer great training facilities for you to enjoy the sport of boxing. Boxing is a great way to stay physically active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

What we offer:
Junior Boxing: for ages 10-13 years
New joiner sessions (first 4 sessions): Saturdays at 9:00-9:45
Novice sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 17:00-18:00 and Saturdays at 10:00-10:45
Hobby boxer sessions: Saturdays at 9:45-10:45
Youth Boxing: for ages 13-17 years
New Joiners (first 4 sessions): Saturdays at 9:00-9:45
Novice sessions: Tuesdays at 18:00-19:15 and Saturdays at 10:45-11:45
Hobby boxer sessions: Saturdays at 9:45-10:45
'Carded' amateur boxer sessions: Thursdays at 18:00-19:30
Senior Boxing: for ages 18-39 years
Development class: Tuesdays at 19:15-20:45
'Carded' boxer sessions: Thursdays at 19:15-20:45 and Sundays at 10:00-12:00

Gym kit and suitable footwear. Our club has communal gloves and hand bandages for users to borrow during sessions. However, it is more hygienic to own your own equipment.
You must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before commencing training. We can provide the form at the club or you can download this from the website and bring it with you.
We are members sports club and we are required to pay insurances on your behalf. Therefore, we ask for a minimal annual membership fee that is payable on your third session, once you have decided whether we are the right club for you, to cover such costs. The membership fee is payable in addition to your session fees. More details on the website.
Boxing at Surbiton Boxing Club is by far the best thing I have done to my body and mind in a very long time.
