Specific activities to promote health and wellbeing such as walks, mindfulness, yoga, tai chi or dance.
Our opening hours:
Saturdays 10:30 to 14:00: Join us for tea, coffee and a chat, plus quick fixes and gardening
Tuesdays 10:00 to 15:00: Making and mending and gardening
Thursdays 10.00 to 15:00: Making and mending
Where you can find us:
If you have an item in need of repair simply bring it along to one of our sessions, or if you prefer you can contact us beforehand and we'll be happy to discuss. From furniture to electrical/electronic equipment and garden items, we possess the skills to mend them. We simply ask that you make a donation to help towards our running costs and the cost of any new parts.

Walks happen normally on Mondays, of around 3 miles in length and start at Kingston Station, just outside Pret. We walk a variety of routes, sometimes circular finishing at Kingston, and sometimes we finish elsewhere and get buses back to Kingston. We aim to be back in Kingston around 1.30 pm.
