If you are struggling with the death of a loved one, our service provides free, confidential and professional support over video chat for anyone over the age of 18.

How our service works
Choose a date and time before creating your account.
We'll send you reminders
Once you've confirmed your appointment, we'll send you text message or email reminders before each session.
The assessment will be a video chat
Using the webcam on your computer, tablet or mobile phone, you'll meet with the counsellor to discuss how we can support you.
You can then book up to 6 free video counselling sessions
After the assessment you can start booking your free online counselling sessions.
