These services are free and easy to access on your computer, smartphone or tablet.

How our service works

Choose a date and time before creating your account.

We'll send you reminders

Once you've confirmed your appointment, we'll send you text message or email reminders before each session.

The assessment will be a video chat

Using the webcam on your computer, tablet or mobile phone, you'll meet with the counsellor to discuss how we can support you.

You can then book up to 6 free video counselling sessions

After the assessment you can start booking your free online counselling sessions.
