We support children with cancer and life-challenging conditions. We believe no family should have to cope alone and we're there at every step.

All families are different, so we offer individually-tailored support through our family support programme, offering practical and emotional help, as well as a range of therapy services including music, dance and art. We aim to ease some of the stresses that come with a gruelling treatment plan, so provide trips, family experiences and respite breaks. We also improve the environment for children treated in local hospitals with our children's ward refurbishments.
Momentum was founded in 2004 and the charity has an office in East Molesey, Surrey.
How can I access the Momentum Children's Charity services?
The hospital will refer your child/family directly to us, so that we can assess how we will be able to support you throughout your child’s treatment and beyond.
If you wish to self-refer, you may do so by contacting us to discuss your needs. Please call 020 8974 5931 ask for the family support team.
