What is this service?

Who do we support?

We support vulnerable migrants who live, work or study in Kingston. We give guidance to people with immigration restrictions and without access to public funds and benefits.

We are able to support those with limited digital skills or English as a second language. We have advisers and volunteers who speak Arabic, French, Farsi, Pashto, Dari, Urdu, Russian, Ukrainian, Punjabi, Nepali

What service do we provide?

Face to face, telephone and email advice

Our trained multi-lingual advisers can assist clients on a wide range of subjects including: housing, benefits, disability, education, health, eVisas, and bills.

You can attend drop-ins on Mondays and Fridays at Guildhall 2, KT1 1EU (opposite the Job Centre) 10am - 12pm

New eVisa Advice Project (see details of days and times below)

We can support you with your eVisa, including by: creating a UKVI account, accessing your eVisa account, creating a share code, and using your account.

EVisa appointments are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:30 am - 3:30pm at Guildhall 2, KT1 1EU (opposite the Job Centre)
