We are a small independent local charity. We provide activities, trips and clubs for adults with learning disabilities. We also provide workshops for members and family carers. Details of all the activities and workshops are on our website.

If you would like to book yourself in for a session, please email the trustees at the address provided. Our club leaders will deliver lots of fun activities on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. These include Art, singing, dance, bingo, bowling, sports and other activities.

Hft Resource Centre in New Malden supports over 100 adults with learning disabilities to take part in a variety of social learning and leisure activities to help them gain the most from life, both inside the Resource Centre and in the local community. Please enquire for more details.

We support families living in Kingston. We tailor our support to specifically cater to parents under stress, or living with mental health conditions, and caters for carers.
