Silverfit's mission is to promote happier, healthier ageing through affordable physical activity and at the same time combat social isolation. Silverfit aims to improve older people's quality of life and also to save the NHS and social care providers money.

This is a place for people with a learning disability to meet friends and make new ones. Different activities are offered each week by Fulham Foundation coaches and there is always time to chill out with friends and have a coffee.
