The Geneva Road Service provides daytime opportunities for over 18s with any disability -physical disability, learning disability, autism and people who have acquired a brain injury. We provide full support in personal care, eating and drinking and social support throughout the day.
The service focuses upon group activities which are fun, educational and therapeutic. Our programme of activities is published four times a year and is available by contacting the manager of Geneva Road or on our website.
Geneva Road is able to provide a range of services including:
physiotherapy
massage
moving and handling assessments
liaison with other professionals
support planning
fun
The service has a relaxed atmosphere and people choose which groups and activities they would like to attend. You can purchase places at Geneva Road by the day or by the session and one to one support is available to purchase for people who require it.
Some of the groups we have running at the moment include; baking, sensory stories, exercise group, Zumba and lunch club. We run 2-3 groups every morning and every afternoon.
