ADULT & FAMILY CYCLE SKILLS

Basic cycle skills - A session tailored to you. You will practice in a safe, off-road environment with a fully qualified instructor. In a session, you will learn the basics, build skills and gain confidence to navigate around your local area.

Road confidence - You will refresh your control skills before building your confidence on quiet roads or busier roads if you are up for it.

Family cycle skills - Gain confidence to cycle as a family using quiet routes and parks. These sessions offer the opportunity to build on or prepare for Bikeability skills taught in schools.

Led by experienced Kingston Council cyclist instructors, the ride lasts for two to three hours and takes place in quieter routes at a leisurely pace. It includes a refreshment break. Meet at 10am next to the Falling Telephone Boxes outside Wilkinson's, west end of Old London Road. Please go to our Kingston Cycle Rides Page.
