What is this service?

Exploring Anxiety through Nature project is for two hours weekly, for ten weeks. This is only for a small group of people (10 maximum).

What will you gain from taking part?  

  • Time out every week to discuss how you are feeling in a safe group of peers

  • The opportunity to experience different relaxation techniques to help when you are feeling anxious

  • To be part of a supportive community of people who all have lived experience of anxiety

  • Experience self-care activities in nature

The programme is delivered with other local charities, offering experiences in nature like community gardening and mindfulness walking.

    We offer free psychological therapies for common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression. After an initial assessment, you will be paired with one of our therapists who will provide 6 weeks of free sessions to you.
