Exploring Anxiety through Nature project is for two hours weekly, for ten weeks. This is only for a small group of people (10 maximum).

Experience self-care activities in nature
The programme is delivered with other local charities, offering experiences in nature like community gardening and mindfulness walking.

We're here for anyone who is in distress or despair who needs someone to listen. You don't have to be suicidal.

We offer free psychological therapies for common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression. After an initial assessment, you will be paired with one of our therapists who will provide 6 weeks of free sessions to you.
