What is this service?

Each Exploring Anxiety programme consists of 10 delegates, who meet for two hours weekly, for ten consecutive weeks.

The themes explored in the sessions are:

  • Developing A Connection With Self

  • The Building Block Of Trust

  • Where Do You Belong?

  • Being Present & Grounded

  • Thoughts Become Things

  • Connecting With Nature

  • What’s Your Story?

  • Creating Boundaries

  • Switch Off To Feel

  • Self-Care

The programme is delivered with other local charities, offering experiences in nature like community gardening and mindfulness walking, which provides direct experience, enhances community awareness and access to ongoing support.
