On this page you will find things to do online.

Exercise:

- Wheelpower have made some yoga videos, for people with disabilities to follow

Things to do to relax and have fun:

- Colouring

- Word searches at Word searches puzzles

- Puzzles at Jigidi and Jigsaw planet

- Watch the animals/ birds/ fishes you love: Live cam

- Theatre: Online activities, quiz, parties

- Frozen Light Theatre company: storytelling and music

- Baked Bean Company: drama / music / singing / dance

Things to do to help if you are worried:

- Breathe: This is a good exercise to breathe - it has difficult words at the beginning but the exercise is easy

- Breathe and sing for stress

- Music therapy (Lots of things to do on this link)

- Yoga: Special yoga free courses to help you be calm. It is for children and for everyone

Weekly Zoom sessions:

'Karaoke Choir' - every Wednesday at 3:00pm. This is a sing along. The songs are chosen by you and are different every week.

'Quiz' - every Thursday at 4:00pm. A fun quiz on different subjects every week. The sessions often finish with a stretch and a dance.
