If you are thinking about your drinking, e-drink-check is a free, tailored website tailored for Kingston residents. The website provides a discreet and flexible way of reviewing how much you are drinking, whether you would like cut down or even stop altogether.
During the festive period, it can feel really difficult to manage and reduce alcohol drinking. E-drink-check has tips to help you drink less, spend less, swap in mocktails and 0% non-alcoholic drinks to reduce your hangovers, and look after yourself as well as your friends.
The free 30 Day Drink Less Programme is also available to support you to make small changes which can make a big difference to your alcohol use, by making a plan to set personal goals which last.
Life still has its ups and downs for sure ... but now I don’t need to drink on the downs or the ups, and importantly - I don’t want to.
