**Stress Less, Achieve More **is a practical online workshop to help you manage stress and anxiety at work and stay clear headed under pressure.
You'll explore how stress responses and triggers affect focus, decision making and communication and learn simple tools you can use in the moment to feel calmer, think clearer and work more effectively.
