Introduction to the course
You'll learn practical, science-backed strategies to manage your energy at work, strengthen boundaries, and spot early warning signs of burnout.
We'll cover realistic self-care habits that fit demanding roles, so you can stay well and sustain performance over time.
What will I learn?
How to build confidence using practical positive psychology tools, recognise and reframe limiting beliefs, and communicate assertively (not aggressively).
You'll practice simple techniques for speaking up clearly, setting healthy boundaries, and strengthening workplace relationships.
