Acupressure Points for Everyday Life - Wellbeing at Your Fingertips Workshop
Ever felt that you needed a reset during a stressful time? Find out about the ancient system of acupressure that uses gentle pressure on specific points to encourage relaxation and awareness. A few minutes of mindful self care can help navigate the ups and downs of daily life.
What will I learn?
Discover a brief history of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the science behind and how to map some acupressure points for self-help. You will learn:-

An introduction to energy pathways (meridian channels) and the most common acupressure points along them

How to apply gentle pressure

Techniques for managing headaches and stress

Personal wellbeing strategies
This introduction is done sitting on chairs, there is no couch work and the head, neck shoulders are prioritised. You can work on yourself where you can reach or if you are happy to work with others or bring along a friend so you can experience this together! This is for wellbeing only and in no way replaces any professional medical care.
